Online Registration and Booking is recommended to help us avoid congestions and facilitate the check-in process at the Motion Arts Center LLC. Proof of Full Vaccination for each student is required and will be reviewed by MAC staff prior to studio arrival. Failure to provide required information or valid credit card payment may result in a delay in processing the student’s registration and the student will not be allowed to attend classes until payments are made. During registration, full payment amount is due even if all classes are not attended, and that failure to fulfill the payment contract will lead to penalties, including late fees, exclusion from classes and or dismissal from the MAC studio. The studio reserves the right to take action to collect any balances due, including turning delinquent accounts over to a collection agency. MAC reserves the right to cancel classes or any other activities. In the event of class cancellation, either due to personal circumstances or a shelter-in place order, students will be notified. Only for advertising and promotional purposes MAC may take photographs and videos during any activity, including but not limited to use in printed publications such as brochures, newsletters, as well as website or other electronic media forms.
PURCHASE POLICY
Purchases are final for products/workshops/group classes/private lessons/dance parties and gift cards and gift certificates. Class Packages are null and void after the 45 or 90 days expiration date (from purchase date). There are no cash refunds and no refunds will be issued after a dance program or activity has started. No exceptions. Bounced checks will be assessed a $30 processing fee. Purchases are not refundable and not transferrable to other programs or individuals. Class Rates subject to change at any time.
