We are thrilled to welcome you to our state-of-the-art dance studio located in the heart of downtown San Mateo in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our mission is to provide a space where you can experience the joy of dance!

Join us for our group dance classes, private lessons, workshops and dance parties where we strive to create an atmosphere filled with laughter, positivity, and encouragement. Whether you’re taking your first steps on the dance floor or have years of experience, our weekly classes are designed to cater to dancers of all levels.

As a drop-in studio, you have the flexibility to stop by at any time and participate in our diverse range of dance classes from our daily schedule, from the Argentine Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Merengue, Latin Motion to West Coast Swing, Hip Hop, K-Pop, Jazz Funk, Heels, Contemporary Dance, Theater Jazz, and Bollywood to Fitness classes like Ballet Barre, Zumba, Bollyx, Stretching and more coming soon! Simply choose the class that suits your interests and availability, and get ready to immerse yourself in the world of dance.

Online pre-registration is required for all in-person classes. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and maintain a comfortable class size for everyone’s enjoyment.

At our dance studio, you’ll have the pleasure of learning from our professional dance teachers, who bring years of combined experience to each class. They are dedicated to helping you grow as a dancer, providing guidance, and creating a supportive environment where you can thrive.

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Create your Motion Arts Center account online to sign up for dance classes, view upcoming classes, and stay up to date with MAC news and events. Each student is required to create their individual account.

VIEW THE SCHEDULE

Purchase and book a single dance class or class package, and sign up at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. Group classes open 7 days prior for online registration.

ATTEND A CLASS

Booking a dance class means that your spot is instantly reserved. You will also receive an email confirmation before the class starts. We look forward to seeing you in the studio soon!
