Are you ready to dance like nobody’s watching? Come join the Heels Revolution!
Beginner Level: We will start class with a warm-up, guiding you through the fundamentals of heels dancing-like impeccable posture & alignment, how to walk with confidence creating beautiful lines and show-stopping footwork to the music!
No prior experience required; it is designed for newcomers eager to explore the artistry and empowerment of dancing in high heels.
Intermediate Level: In this class, you’ll be working on turns, musicality and weaving through exciting choreographed sequences that not only enhance your dance skills but also boost your confidence, making you the star of your own dance story. Picture yourself dancing effortlessly in heels, radiating confidence and charm on the dance floor!
*If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear a shorter & thicker based heel to start and work your way to a skinner heel.
What kind of heels should I wear? We suggest heels with strong ankle support.
What should I wear? You want an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great. If your knees are exposed, consider wearing knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.
