Class is for adults ages 18+ and older.

What to bring:
This class offers a blend of dynamic and static exercises rooted in the discipline of classical ballet’s pedagogical traditions and is reinforced with somatic concepts and experimental anatomy. Special attention will be on foundational concepts such as alignment, turn out, how to extend the foot, carriage of the arms, directions of the body and transfer of weight. This class is designed to cater to dancers of all levels, welcoming everyone, whether you’re taking your very first dance steps or you’ve danced through countless stages (class formats and exercises will vary each week).
Class is for adults ages 18+ and older.
