How Do I Book My Private Lessons?

FOR IN STUDIO LESSONS

AT MOTION ARTS CENTER

IN DOWNTOWN SAN MATEO

  • Register and purchase your lessons in person or online. After making your purchase please contact us to be booked directly into an available spot, teacher and studio. After your private lesson has been booked, you will receive an email confirmation.

 

  • Please check with your teacher for face mask policy.
 

  • The lessons can be held at any of our beautiful studios: the “Big MAC” is located at 217 S Claremont St, and the “Mini MAC” at 525 E 3rd Avenue in San Mateo, CA 94401.

 

  •  Each lesson has a duration of 45 minutes.

 

  • Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your scheduled private lesson, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the full price of the lesson must be paid. Private Lessons and Private Lesson Packages are valid for 3 months after date of purchase.

 

  • Purchases are not refundable and cannot be transfered to other programs or individuals.

 

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your lesson start time.

 

ONLINE LESSONS VIA

  • Online Registration is Required: Register by creating an account so you can book and pay online. If you already have an account at MAC, just log in using your email and password.

 

  • After making your purchase please contact us to be booked directly into an available spot and teacher.

 

  • Once your private lesson has been booked, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions and a link to start your live video lesson.

 

  • Each lesson has a duration of 45 minutes to give the teacher a buffer time  between lessons. Lessons are in Pacific Time (California). 

 

  • Watch your email inbox for your unique link within 1 hour of the lesson start time. (If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder or your account in Mindbody to make sure you are booked in the lesson).

 

  • Please arrive via Zoom 5-10 minutes early.

NOTE: If you prefer to have private lessons at your home or workplace in the Bay Area, the rate is $300 per hour per person or couple (with one teacher) or $600 per hour (with two teachers). For other national or international cities, please contact us for rates and availability.
