Our New “Yoga for Dancers” class is your time to stretch it out, build strength, and move in a way that feels really good. Expect a playful flow designed to loosen tight hips, lengthen those hamstrings, open the shoulders, and wake up your core—all the things your dancing will thank you for later.
We’ll mix breath, balance, and smooth movement to help you feel more grounded, more flexible, and more in control
No need to be a yoga expert—just come ready to move, breathe, and maybe discover muscles you didn’t know you had.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, feel-good yoga class where movement and breath come together in one continuous, energizing rhythm. Each inhale and exhale guides you from one pose to the next, creating a smooth, dance-like flow that keeps your body moving and your mind focused.
Expect creative sequences that build strength, improve flexibility, and help you find that sweet spot between effort and ease. Some poses will flow quickly with the breath, while others are held just long enough to deepen your stretch and connection.
It’s the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and a little sweat—leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for whatever comes next!
What to Expect:
A guided yoga session that blends movement and breath.
A mix of flowing sequences and held poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
A welcoming, supportive environment—perfect for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.
A chance to leave feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected to your body.
What to Bring:
Your yoga mat
A water bottle to stay hydrated
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
Come flow, breathe, and get out of your head… and into your body.
