We’re excited to introduce our brand new Jazz Funk class at the Motion Arts Center! This all levels class blends the precision of jazz with the bold, high-energy moves of hip-hop. If you love the choreography in music videos, you’ll feel right at home learning fast-paced combos, intricate movements, and expressive, feminine gestures.

What to expect: A fun, welcoming environment where you’ll push your boundaries, improve your technique, and let your personality shine.

Come ready to sweat, have fun, and show off your personality—this class is all about bringing your unique style to the dance floor!

Class Description

Jazz Funk mixes the technique of jazz and hip-hop, creating a style that’s all about attitude and energy. With fast-paced, sharp gestures and intricate movements, this class will have you mastering dynamic combos from choreographies in music videos that will push your limits, and let your personality shine through each movement. Step in, and prepare to move with confidence and flair!

Booking Information

  • Online Registration is Recommended: Please click on Sign In/Register at the top right hand corner of the website. Register by creating an account so you can book and pay for classes online. If you already have an account at MAC, just log in using your email and password. We do this to avoid congestions and facilitate the check-in process at the studio lobby. After you register and book a class, you will receive an email confirmation.

 

 

  • For Class Rates and Packages please click here. As a way to reward your commitment, the more classes you take the better price you receive.

 

  • If you cancel a booked reservation, it must be done so with a minimum of 24 hours before the class start time. If late-cancel or no show within the 24 hour window, the class reservation will still apply and be deducted from your account. Purchases are not refundable and are not transferrable to other programs or individuals.
 
  • Classes will start on time and doors will open 15 minutes before each class starts.
